1. General provisions

These terms of Return of goods and services (hereinafter referred to as the Terms of Return) govern the procedure for returning tickets purchased on the website of the Novodevichy Monastery Church Museum (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

2. The right to return the product

2.1. The buyer has the right to return the ticket without explanation within 14 days of receipt of the ticket, in accordance with Article 26.1 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Consumer Rights Protection" (Federal Law No. 2300-1 of 02/07/1992).

2.2. Ticket refund is possible before the date indicated on the ticket.

3. The return procedure

3.1. To return the ticket, the Buyer must:

• Notify the Seller of the intention to return the ticket by providing the Seller with a written statement.
• The application is submitted personally at the Seller's location.
• Provide an identity card.
• Specify the full name of the visitor for whom the ticket was issued, phone number, date of receipt of the ticket, date of the planned visit, details for receiving funds.

3.2. The refund of the ticket price is carried out at the expense of the Buyer, unless otherwise provided by the terms of the Contract or legislation.

4. Refund of funds

4.1. The refund of funds is carried out within 10 working days from the moment the Seller receives the application, in accordance with Article 22 of the Law on Consumer Protection.

4.2. The funds will be refunded in the same way as the payment was made.

5. Final provisions

5.1. These Terms of Return may be changed by the Seller at any time without prior notice to the Buyer. The changes will take effect from the moment they are posted on the website.

5.2. All disputes arising in connection with the return of tickets are subject to resolution in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
