1. General provisions

This public offer (hereinafter referred to as the Offer) is an official offer of the website: A private cultural institution, the Novodevichy Monastery Church Museum of the Russian Orthodox Church (hereinafter referred to as the Seller), to conclude a purchase and sale agreement for tickets (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) with any individual or legal entity by a third party (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer), on the terms set out in this Offer.

2. The subject of the offer

The Seller undertakes to transfer the tickets listed on the website to the Buyer. https://ndm-museum.ru /, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the specified tickets.

3. Acceptance of the offer

3.1. Acceptance of this Offer is the fact that the Buyer has placed an order on the Seller's website and its subsequent payment.

3.2. In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (CC RF), this Offer is considered accepted from the moment the Seller receives confirmation of acceptance of the order.

4. Terms of the order and payment

4.1. The order of tickets is carried out through the interface of the online store.

4.2. Payment for tickets is made by the Buyer using any of the available methods indicated on the website.

4.3. In accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 497 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the Seller has the right to demand prepayment from the Buyer for the ticket, unless otherwise provided by the terms of the Contract.

5. Delivery and transfer of tickets

5.1. Tickets are delivered to the e-mail address specified by the Buyer when purchasing the ticket.

5.2. The rules for ticket refunds are determined in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation "On Consumer Rights Protection" (Federal Law No. 2300-1 of 07.02.1992).

6. Rights and obligations of the parties

6.1. The Seller undertakes to:

• Transfer the tickets to the Buyer in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
• Notify the Buyer electronically by email about the purchase status.

6.2. The buyer undertakes to:

• Pay for the booked tickets.
• Accept the transferred tickets.

7. Responsibility of the parties

7.1. The seller is not responsible for delays in ticket delivery caused by force majeure circumstances (Article 401 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).

7.2. In case of improper fulfillment of obligations, the Seller and the Buyer are liable in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

8. Final provisions

8.1. This Offer comes into force from the moment it is posted on the website and is valid until its withdrawal.

8.2. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the terms of this Offer without the prior consent of the Buyer, and the changes will take effect from the moment they are published on the website.

8.3. All disputes arising in connection with the execution of this Offer are subject to resolution in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
